This listing is for a very pretty and sweet vintage Imperial Glass Katy blue opalescent 4 footed vase with an open lace rim. The rim does glow under a UV/Black Light. Condition is MINT, no chips, cracks, nicks, flea bites, or scratches. Measures 4 1/4" tall, the top is 4 1/4" in diameter and the base is 3" in diameter and note that the rim on this one is flat. Very pretty color!
