Vintage Persian 875 Silver Miniature All-over Chased Design Water Pipe Hookah

This listing is for a vintage 875 silver miniature water pipe hookah with chased design on the body.  This was likely made as a tourist souvenir and I don't believe it is operable.  There may be a missing piece on the top.  It is 6" tall, 2 3/8" in diameter, and weighs 4.97 troy ounces.  There are hallmarks on the side of the foot (please see pictures).
This piece is in very good condition for age.  There is a notch on the top rim which likely has something to do with the missing piece.  Otherwise, there are no distracting dings or dents.  It could use a good polishing.   Please see all pictures for details.
