    A propaganda campaign to attack the Japanese political concept was launched by overprinting the captured occupation notes on the back with: “
    The Co-Prosperity Sphere: What is it worth?
    ” These overprinted notes were air dropped over areas still occupied by the Japanese to ridicule their concept of a “Greater East Asia” by showing that Japanese-issued currency was worthless.
