Antique German Sterling Silver server dated 1913

Antique German sterling silver serving piece marking 800 sterling silver
Excellent condition with date on bottom of April 4, 1913
Marking is the German style for that period 800 with crescent moon and crown
Before the 800 is the town of manufacture and still trying to identify
This is a very heavy piece, measures 12" long and 9 1/2" wide
This came from the London, England silver faults after WWII
My father was in WWII and stayed in German with my mother after the war
He was in the headquarters with General Eienhower
