800 Silver & Crystal Swan Master Salt 5.25” Or Trinket. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box.
Up for sale is a master table salt cellar in the form of a swan. A cut crystal body rests below an 800 silver neck and wings. The wings are etched hinged to open up and expose the bowl beneath. The item is in great condition. No ships, cracks or scratches to the glass. The silver was tarnished. I have given it a light polish, but I will leave the rest for the buyer to decide how polished they want this to be. There is a tiny “800 SM” on the edge of one wing. The 800 to reflect the silver mark. I have not yet identified the “SM” mark. I believe it is a retailers mark, as there are identical pieces for sale with varying marks. I presume this is German, as there are other identical pieces marked “Germany”. This measures 5.25 inches long, and high. About 3.25 inches wide when the wings are closed, and 6.25” wide when the wings are opened.
This will be wrapped in a flannel to prevent any scratching, and then in bubble bubblewrap. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you. :)
