The banknotes are in uncirculated condition, with virtually no blemishes except for a few.
They're crisp to the touch and nearly flawless, despite their age.
There 'may' be a couple of blemishes, but nothing noticeable.
The overall quality and design aesthetic is outstanding.
A rare find, indeed
This is also a lot of 5 banknotes with 'NO' certification present.
The colors are bold, the picture is clear and the typography is excellent.
A must have for any collector.
**Historical Significance**
Japanese invasion notes were currency issued by their military authority as a replacement for local currency.
In February of 1942, Japanese laws were passed establishing the Wartime Finance Bank.
This institution issued bonds to raise funds after the conquest of colonies in World War 2.
They loaned money primarily to military industries, but also to a wide range of other ventures.
In December of 1942, the outstanding balance stood at more than 470 million.
These banknotes represent a unique part of world history as it
commemorates the aftermath of 'Japan' during WW2
.
A must have for any collector.
